Are the isolation requirements in paragraphs 14 to 17 reasonable and practicable?
Are the arrangements to permit animals to go to shows and competitions reasonable and practical to avoid the need for isolation of such animals so long as they are fully vaccinated against influenza?
Are there any aspects of the proposed scheme that are too onerous and if so could you suggest ways of reducing the burden but without reducing the overall validity of the scheme?
